Program description. Turnkey Autos sends customer-care SMS messages to people who have inquired about a specific vehicle or service. Messages relate to vehicle availability, test-drive scheduling, trade-in questions, financing follow-up, and general dealership communication tied to your inquiry.

How you opt in. You opt in to receive SMS messages from Turnkey Autos by (a) submitting an inquiry about a vehicle through a third-party automotive marketplace such as CarGurus and providing your phone number for the purpose of being contacted about that vehicle, or (b) checking the SMS consent checkbox on a contact, financing, or lead form on turnkey-autos.com.

Message frequency. Frequency varies depending on the conversation. You will typically receive a follow-up message after your inquiry and additional messages as needed to answer your questions or coordinate an appointment.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Turnkey Autos does not charge for the messages themselves; standard rates from your wireless carrier apply.

Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will stop sending you SMS messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (518) 528-5646 or sales@turnkey-autos.com.

Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of consent. Turnkey Autos does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
